Really good Hospitality and Convenient Location

The check-in process was seamless. Sebastian ensured my children received care. The room is spacious and tidy. Water pressure in the shower is excellent. Hot water heats up quickly. Only shower gel was available. Shampoo could be included, though these can be requested through the portal. This online concierge portal is fantastic. You can easily request amenities without waiting on the phone.
The premiere king room did not meet my expectations. I have not received replies to my correspondence since check out. The balance of my security deposit has not been refunded to my card.

The location was ideal, directly in the heart of orchard road. it made exploring so convenient and easy. the breakfast selection was amazing. I especially loved the fresh pastries and fruit. the staff were very good. They ensured i felt genuinely cared for throughout my entire stay.
it was a very minor issue. But i feel it's worth mentioning.
